Summary

Fastoria stores all your data on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share your personal information.

Data We Store

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Fasting session history (start time, end time, duration)
• Active fast state (start time, cached between app launches)
• Subscription status (cached locally via UserDefaults)

Health Data

Fastoria reads the following data types from Apple Health solely to display them on the Insights screen during your fast:

• Heart rate
• Resting heart rate
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Blood glucose
• Body weight

This data is read-only and never leaves your device. We do not store, transmit, or share Health data.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any health or fitness data — all HealthKit data is read on-device and displayed locally only
• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• We do not use analytics or crash reporting tools
• We do not track your location
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not have servers or a backend — there is no user account

Network Requests

The app makes network requests only for:

• Subscription purchases: handled entirely by Apple’s StoreKit. We never see your payment information.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases and management are handled by Apple. We receive only a verified transaction confirmation. See Apple’s Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy for details on how Apple handles payment data.

Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes.
