By downloading or using Rythm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This agreement is between you and Bramhand Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc. Bramhand Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for Rythm and its content. By using Rythm, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Bramhand Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Rythm on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Usage Rules). This license does not allow you to use Rythm on any device you do not own or control. You may use Rythm through Family Sharing or volume purchasing programs as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.
New subscribers may receive a free trial period before being charged. The exact trial length, if offered, is shown in the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase and is subject to change. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
After any free trial, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region, promotion, and over time, and are subject to change. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings or at: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Rythm is a subscription app. After the free trial (if offered), an active subscription is required to use the app’s features — Recovery, Sleep, Stress & Strain, Trends, and AI insights. There are no ads. If your subscription lapses, access to these features ends until it is renewed.
Rythm is a personal wellness and fitness tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your exercise routine, sleep habits, or when interpreting any health metric shown in the app, particularly if you have a medical condition.
Rythm’s scores are built on established, peer-reviewed physiology. The formulas and population norms used are drawn from the sources below and are provided for transparency — they do not constitute personalized medical recommendations. The full list, with direct links, is also available in the app under Profile → Science & References.
Rythm reads heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, SpO2, respiratory rate, sleep, activity, body weight, cardio fitness (VO₂ max), and workout data from Apple Health to compute your scores entirely on-device. Rythm does not write any data back to Apple Health, and does not transmit any health data off your device.
Bramhand Inc. is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for Rythm. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to Rythm. Any questions or complaints regarding Rythm should be directed to Bramhand Inc. at the contact information below.
Bramhand Inc. is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event Rythm fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for Rythm to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Rythm, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Bramhand Inc.’s sole responsibility.
Bramhand Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Rythm or your possession and/or use of Rythm, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Rythm fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that Rythm or your possession and use of Rythm infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Bramhand Inc., not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Rythm. For example, if you use Rythm in connection with a data service, you must not violate that service’s terms of use.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bramhand Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on recovery, strain, stress, or fitness age scores, or any AI-generated insight or recommendation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
